Donate Leukopaks: Power Medical Innovation Through Your Generosity

Your cells can help save lives. Join us to support research for cancer, autoimmune diseases, and more.

What Is a Leukopak?

A leukopak is a concentrated collection of white blood cells—including T-cells, B-cells, monocytes, and other immune cells—obtained through a specialized process called leukapheresis. These white blood cells play a critical role in the body’s defense against disease and are used in research aimed at developing therapies to treat conditions such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cell-based and regenerative therapies.

Compensation for Your Leukopak Donation

We value the time, effort, and commitment involved in donating white blood cells through a leukopak donation. As a thank you for your contribution, we offer fair and immediate compensation to every eligible donor.

Payment is provided on-site after your donation is complete. There’s no waiting period—you’ll receive your compensation the same day.

Eligibility Criteria

Age

Between 18 and 60 years old

Health

You must be in good general health.

Viral Testing

Our medical team will perform a pre-donation screening to ensure your well-being and the suitability of your leukopak donation for research. This includes screening for HIV, Hepatitis A, B, and C, and Syphilis.

Already a Plasma Donor?

If you’re a regular plasma donor, you may already meet many of the requirements for leukopak donation. Your prior screenings can often reduce the number of additional tests needed - making the process faster and more convenient.

Why Your Donation Matters

Your leukopak donation helps researchers:

  • Advance Cell Therapies for cancer, autoimmune, and infectious diseases.
  • Improve Understanding of the Immune System and create new diagnostic tools.
  • Accelerate Drug Development that brings new hope to patients faster.

Our State-of-the-Art Donation Center in Indianapolis

Our leukopak donations take place at our specialized center located in Indianapolis. These facilities are designed to provide a comfortable, efficient, and welcoming experience tailored for extended donation sessions like leukapheresis.

Please note: We do not accept walk-in donors. All donations are by appointment only and start with a conversation with one of our donor specialists to confirm your eligibility.

The Leukopak Donation Process

As a participant in our leukopak donation program, you’ll donate blood cells through a process called leukapheresis. This is a reliable and carefully monitored procedure, and our trained team ensures every step is clear, comfortable, and focused on your well-being.

The process includes three key steps:

  • Pre-Screening (15–30 days before donation)
  • Registration & Screening (On donation day – About 1 hour)
  • Leukapheresis (The donation itself – About 3 hours)

Please plan to spend 4 to 5 hours at the center on donation day. As a thank you for your contribution, we offer fair and immediate compensation to every donor.
